I applied for Cisco drive through referra,but I dont have a ph score.Will I get a call?

Please be informed, to be shortlisted for Oct, Nov 2020 - Cisco interviews below points need to satisfy:
1)BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech from any learning institution (2018 - 2019 batch)
2)a good pH score. (Probably min 70 % Score is required)
So in that sense cisco tac engineer drive is different from normal elitmus ph test right??
So should i finish a ph test and get the required result before the cisco drive which is on 31st oct 2020
