My name is Saurabh Rathore with elitmus Candidate ID: 4634563. I want to inform you that the admit card which I received of pH test conducted on 01-May-2022 has some error in my personal details.
My Date of Birth is printed as 02-Feb-2001 which is wrong and my correct Date of Birth is 02-Feb-2000. Also my full name is not mentioned, only first name is mentioned that is “Saurabh”.
So i want to request you to kindly take necessary action so that my correct details can be update.
Please change my DOB to ( 02- Feb-2000 ) and full name to ( Saurabh Rathore) as soon as possible.
