Anyone did not recieve CGI exam credentials after applying?

Hey can anyone help me out. I have been shortlisted for the CGI Exam and have accepted the confirmation.But i have not received my credentials for the exam.I have dropped an email and called but no response. Can anyone help me out?

No but I have seen some where that CGI is conducting test on 28th.

I got mail that CGI interview will be at Bangalore but my preferred location is hyderabad.will they provide at Hyderabad also?
