Can anyone of you clarify me about the expected salary should we mention it in salary/month or salary/per annum? while we applying for the companies?
That doesn’t matter to the companies… They shortlist on the basis of pH score only… As a good practice, mention the lower limit of the salary… For ex., If the Job description says 3-4 lpa, fill the expected salary field as 3lpa…
