I suggest to call them rather than mailing them…they will tell xactly there is a delay in your result. Get the contact no. from contact us page.

i have talked to them, they said , it would take 3-4 days more.

how could we know the test centres(for verification purpose) without applying for test
Test centers usually don’t change that frequently.
So if you did not complete document verification, you can go to the same location next week and get you documents verified.
You can also ask friends, if they are appearing.
You can also go to their office and get your documents verified.
